Park Rules

Check-in: From 2pm onward
Check-out: By 10am
After-hours check-ins are available on request.

Enjoy alcohol responsibly. Excessive drinking or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• No riding or parking bikes/scooters in facility breezeways.
• Keep an eye on children and be mindful of incoming vehicles.
• No riding after dusk for safety reasons.

Walking pace only for all vehicles within the park. Safety comes first for everyone, especially children.

• All power leads for tents and caravans must be waterproof with an RCD and comply with AS/NZS 3001:2008 standards.
• Caravans must have a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF)
• Approved leads are available for purchase from local hardware stores.

• Please keep noise to a respectful level, Minimal noise after after 10:30pm.
• Strictly no music after 10:30pm.
• Boat motors may only be flushed between 8am - 8pm only, respect your fellow campers.

• Pets are welcome by request on sites during the off-season.
• Please inform us that you're bringing a pet by adding them as a "Guest" during booking.
• Pet owners must comply with our Pet Policy
• Please check with reception for current pet-friendly dates and sign our pet policy agreement upon arrival.

• Ensure all food items are clearly labelled with your name and date.
• Any unlabelled items will be removed.
• No bait is to be stored in the food freezers—a separate bait freezer is available.

• Each site accommodates 1 caravan or tent, 1 awning, and 1 car.
• Extra cars must be parked outside the park.
• Boat parking is subject to availability.
• No parking on vacant sites unless approved by reception.

We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.

• The playground is closed from dusk to 8am.
• Children must follow all playground and jumping pillow rules. Supervision is recommended.

Deposits are non-refundable, subject to seasonal conditions. Please refer to our Booking Terms & Conditions for details.

• Please recycle thoughtfully. Use the appropriate bins for plastic, glass, cans, and paper/cardboard.
• Flatten plastic bottles to help us manage waste effectively.

• Our park is regularly patrolled by security.
• They are instructed to enforce the 10:30pm noise curfew, so please be mindful of your neighbours.
• Ensure valuables like bikes, surfboards, and kayaks are locked away securely.
• Communal fridges can be locked at night for security. Please check with reception for the code.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in public areas or inside accommodation.

• Help protect our environment by staying off the dunes and banks.
• Use designated paths only.
• Please avoid walking or running through gardens, as we are actively planting and maintaining them.

• Visitors are welcome but must park outside the park and report to reception.
• All visitors must leave before 9pm.
• During peak season, a $3 charge per visitor applies.
